Over the past few years customers have come to us because they have been let down by their current supplier.

Either their current supplier has ceased making cleanroom clothing or, without asking permission has started making their clothing in a different fabric. This can be quite serious because although fabrics can look similar their performance will be different.

Changing a fabric can cause serious variations in production areas causing users to see changes in yield. 

Either way we have managed to solve their problems as we manufacture over 20 cleanroom fabrics in up to 8 colours ways.

Some manufactures make up names for their fabrics so that customers will have trouble in identifying them – however if you supply us a garment, we can easily analyse the fabric to establish its base structure, density and weave plus any surface treatments.

Our design department uses digital technology for pattern making so we can grade your existing garment to match your size range.
